- The minimum age required to rent a Myles-Nano is 18yrs. However, it is 23yrs for all other cars. Also, a valid Driving license, Passport/PAN card/ Aadhar card would be required.
- You need to show the original Passport/PAN card/Aadhar card,a valid Driving License. A copy of each need to be submitted while picking up the car.
- You need to upload Passport/ PAN card/ Aadhaar card and Driving license before the time as communicated in mails and SMS. The booking is liable to be cancelled otherwise.The amount refunded in such cases will be as per our cancellation policy.
- You need to pay security deposit before the time as communicated in mails and SMS. The booking is liable to be cancelled otherwise.The amount refunded in such cases will be as per our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
a. For Daily Rentals:
i. If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time, one day rental will be deducted and 3 % processing fee will be charged on rest of the refund amount.
ii. If booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time, no rental will be deducted, only 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.
If booking is cancelled at or after pick up time, no refund will be provided. For Hourly Rentals – No refund will be provided in case of hourly rental booking
